What Pianova processes

Pianova processes the account name and email Google supplies when you choose Google sign-in; temporary audio, optional artwork, note-map results, visual settings, render status, purchased credit records, and security events needed to provide and protect the service.

Your music and previews

Your uploaded media is used only to create the preview or export you request. Preview source files and generated results are temporary and are removed by application cleanup and storage-lifecycle controls. Pianova does not sell your music or personal data.

Accounts and security

Google authenticates your account. Pianova stores a Google account identifier, verified email, display name, and hashed opaque session authority. Pianova does not receive your Google password and does not store Google access or refresh tokens for customer sign-in.

Website analytics and abuse prevention

Pianova records aggregate page-view totals and a short, privacy-safe activity history used to operate the service and identify preview abuse. While a browser is visibly using Pianova, the private owner dashboard may show its current Pianova section, recent section changes, preview or export records, and approximate country, state or region, city, generalized postal area, and coarse city-map coordinates supplied by Cloudflare. Map coordinates are rounded to a broad city-area grid and are not device GPS. Signed-in activity may be connected to the customer account; signed-out browsers appear only under keyed, non-reversible visitor and network identifiers. Pianova does not store or display raw IP addresses, device fingerprints, page query strings, or payment billing addresses for analytics. Presence and activity records are retained for up to 90 days.

Payments

Eligible payments are handled by PayPal. Pianova stores order, amount, currency, credit, refund, and fulfillment records needed for purchases and support, but never stores raw card numbers, bank account numbers, or routing numbers.

Service providers

• OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for website delivery, database, and temporary object storage.
• Google for optional account sign-in.
• PayPal for eligible payment methods, fraud controls, and refunds.
• RunPod for overflow GPU processing when the private owner executor is unavailable or at its safety limit.

Your choices

You may sign out at any time and may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data through the support contact shown during account or purchase support. Legal or accounting records may be retained when required.
