The service
Pianova lets you upload supported media, create a limited free falling-note preview, customize its presentation, and purchase credits for finished 4K video exports. Displayed file, duration, format, and availability limits form part of these terms.
Your account
Some features require a Google-authenticated Pianova account. Keep your account secure and use accurate information. Pianova may restrict access for fraud, abuse, payment disputes, attacks, or serious violations.
Credits and purchases
One export credit creates one finished 4K video. Credits are sold in one-time packs of 1, 5, 10, or 25 with no subscription. The exact price and any discount are displayed before approval. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
Fulfillment and refunds
A credit is used only for the export it authorizes. If a technical failure attributable to Pianova prevents delivery, the credit is restored or the payment is handled under the applicable refund process. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your content
You keep your rights in uploaded media and generated content. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, export, download, and publish it. You grant Pianova only the limited permission needed to provide and secure the requested service.
Transcription limits
Automatic note detection is optimized for piano, but results can vary with noise, reverberation, mixing, extra instruments, and musical complexity. Review the free preview before buying an export.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, circumvent quotas or credits, probe security controls, overload the service, or resell access without written permission.
